Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Automatic Rain Gauges.

4. The qualification requirements are: a) Financial Capability The Bidder must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements: - Justify an average annual turnover in the last three years (2015, 2016 and 2017) for supplies similar to those for which it bids at least one hundred and fifty million (150, 000, 000) F CFA, and in accordance with the balance sheets certified by an accountant or certified public accountant and referred to by the competent tax department for the last three years (2015, 2016 and 2017); - The tenderer must provide proof that he has liquid assets or a bank credit line worth fifty million (50, 000, 000) FCFA. b) Technical Capacity and Experience The Bidder must demonstrate with supporting documentation that it meets the following technical capability requirements: - be the manufacturer or authorized supplier of the manufacturer, provide a manufacturer's authorization for the key components of the system by using the standard form included in section III, forms and submission, to certify that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or authorized supplier of the supply manufacturer to supply the supplies in the buyer's country in accordance with clause 3.1 (e) or (f) of the IC; - provide catalogs of proposed equipment and installation plans. The Bidder must provide supporting documentation that meets the following experience requirements: - the Bidder must prove supporting documentation (Receipt Report, Certificate of Completion or Delivery Note) that it has performed at least three (3) similar supply and installation contracts in the five past years (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) accompanied by copies of the cover and signature pages of the corresponding contracts, issued by public or para-public or international bodies. The tenderer must provide written proof that the supplies he offers fulfill the following condition (s) of use: the equipment must be of high performance and must function normally under the conditions of the tropical countries. 5.
