Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of a 110 Kva Emergency Electrical Group at the Management of the Operation of Aeroports of Cameroon SA.

1. Object
As Part of the Implementation of aéRoports Du Cameroun Sa`s Plan of Action for the 2019 Financial Year, the Managing Director-Owner, Launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Installation of a Standby Power Generator. 110 Kva at the Operations Department of aéRoports Du Cameroun Sa, Located at Douala International Airport.

2. Consistency of the Services
The Services Subject of this Invitation to Tender Consist of:

Supply and Installation of a 110 Kva Soundproof Generator Set;
The Construction of a Room of 2.80 Mx 5.00 M for Generator;
Supply and Installation of Power and Control Cables;
Extension of the Overheated Gas Evacuator by the Supplier;
The Realization of an Earth Connection on the Group;
Supply and Installation of an Extraction Duct;
The Supply of a Tank of Visible Epoxy Resin of 5000 L Serving as an Additional Fuel and the Realization of a Circuit including Piping Gasoil for Internal Tank Supply Group 110 Kva;
The Connection of the Group, the Commissioning of the Whole;
On-Site Training with the Use of Seven People from the Maintenance Department.

3. Estimated Cost
The Estimated Cost at the End of the Studies is Approximately Thirty-Four Million Five Hundred Thousand (34, 500, 000) Cfa including Tax.

4. Delivery Time
The Client Wants the Services to be Performed within Three (03) Months . However, a Tenderer may Propose a Shorter Deadline than that Fixed by the Call for Tenders.

5. Allotment
The Services are not Subdivided into Lots.

6. Participation and Origin
Participation in this Invitation to Tender is Open, on Equal Terms, to Companies Based in the Republic of Cameroon and Specialized in the Supply and Maintenance of Generators.

7. Financing
The Services that are the Subject of this Invitation to Tender will be Financed by the Budget of aéRoports Du Cameroun Sa, Fiscal Year 2019, Line 23440902.

10. Submission of Bids

11. Provisional Bond
Each Bidder must Attach to His Administrative Documents, a Bid Bond Issued by a First-Rate Banking Institution or an Insurance Company, Approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the Amount of Six Hundred and Ninety Thousand ( 690, 000) Cfa Francs and Valid for Ninety (90) Days from the Date of Submission of Bids.

12. Admissibility of Tenders
On Pain of Rejection, the Required Administrative Documents must be Produced in Originals or Certified True Copies by the Issuing Service or Competent Administrative Authority, in Accordance with the Stipulations of the Supplementary Regulations of the Invitation to Tender. They must be Less than Three (03) Months Old or have been Established after the Date of Signing the Tender Notice.
Any Incomplete Tender in Accordance with the Requirements of the Tender File shall be Declared Inadmissible. E) Number of Yes Less than Eighteen (18) of the Rating of the Sub-Criteria of the Essential Criteria;
F) Absence of a Quantified Unit Price;
(G) Production of a Falsified Document or False Declaration;
