Short description of the goods/services tendered:

Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit a prequalification document for the Supply and Implementation of a Regulatory Information Management System. The RIMS should be fully adaptable and allow for inclusion of new functionalities for future additional regulatory requirements. The system should incorporate data sharing standards and protocols. It should provide for the possibility to interact with other standard systems and not be a proprietary or locked system. The RIMS should be tailored to ERA-s tested and proven procedures and work flows.
