Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Fixing of Spare Parts and Consumables for Road Unit.

The Government of Uganda received funding fro the World Bank to fund the Inter-governmental Fiscal Transfer (UgiFT) program for Construction and equipping of Seed Secondary Schools in selected sub counties in Uganda. Kabarole District Local Government invites sealed bids from eligible and interested bidders.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national biding procedures contained in the Local Governments public procurement and disposal of public assets (Regulations 2006) Now Revised 2014.

2. The Procurement is reserved for Local and Resident Provides; Foreign provides are not eligible to participate as per PPDA guidelines on reservation Schemes to promote Local content in Public Procurement 2018.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6 (a) from 8:30 am-5:00pm during official working days.

4. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 6 (b) and upon payment of a non -refundable fee of UGX 100, 000/= (One hundred thousand shillings only) to Kabarole District General Collection Fund A/C No. 1300043032 HOUSING FINANCE FORT PORTAL BRANCH FOR category (A) and UGX: 50, 000(fi fty shillings) for each item under prequalifi cation and frame work contracts above (category B)

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 11:00am 23rd April 2021. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders Representatives who choose to attend at the address given below at 6(d) at 11:30 am on 23rd April 2021

Bids in Category (A) must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 500, 000/= (Five hundred thousand shillings only) in form of a bank guarantee obtained from a reputable commercial bank. Late bids shall be rejected.
