Tenders are invited for Supply and Distribution of Meal in Zep Schools for Education Zone 1” Moehrtesr / Goods

The Ministry of Education & Human Resources, Tertiary Education & Scientific ResearchEducation
Zone 1 invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the “Supply and Distribution
of Meal in ZEP Schools for Education Zone 1” as morefully described in the bidding documents.
2. Any clarifications sought by any bidder in respect of this procurement exercise shall be addressed
to the Ministry of Education & Human Resources, Tertiary Education & Scientific Research-Education
Zone 1, Attn: Assistant Manager Procurement & Supply, 3rd Floor, SILWF Building, Edith Cavell Street,
Port Louis., so as to reach him at least fourteen days before the deadline for the submission of bids.
3. Qualification requirements include:
? Contractors having the technical capacity, resources and sound financial
situations, and
? As per other qualifying criteria mentioned in the bidding documents.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be downloaded from the government

5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Supply and Distribution of Meal in ZEP Schools for
Education Zone 1” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to The Chairperson, Zonal Bid
Committee and deposited in the Tender Box or sent by courier service or registered mail so as to reach
the Chairperson, Zonal Bid Committee at the address below by 27 November 2018 up to 10.30 hours
(local time) at latest. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence
of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10.40 hours (local time)
on 27 November 2018.
