Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Various Workstations, Laptops and Accessories (Lot 1 And/or Lot 2 and/or Lot 3 and/or Lot 4).

LOT 1 - The contractor is required to supply and deliver thirty five (35) workstations and
monitors, within 30 days period after Contract signature to the HQ EUFOR, DEPO 22
Warehouse, Camp Butmir, 71210 Ilidza, BiH, DAP (delivered at place), in accordance with
the HQ EUFOR technical specification Annex II - LOT 1.
AND/OR
LOT 2 - The contractor is required to supply and deliver thirty one (31) workstations
(including NIC-s) and monitors, one (1) TFT monitor 27“ and three (3) wireless
keyboards and mouse, within 30 days period after Contract signature, to the HQ EUFOR,
DEPO 22 Warehouse, Camp Butmir, 71210 Ilidza, BiH, DAP (delivered at place), in
accordance with the HQ EUFOR technical specification Annex II - LOT 2.
AND/OR
LOT 3 - The contractor is required to supply and deliver thirty (30) laptops, within 30 days
period after Contract signature, to the HQ EUFOR, DEPO 22 Warehouse, Camp Butmir,
71210 Ilidza, BiH, DAP (delivered at place), in accordance with the HQ EUFOR technical
specification Annex II - LOT 3.
AND/OR
LOT 4 - The contractor is required to supply and deliver eight (8) Rittal (or similar) PC
Tower Enclosure for workstations, within 30 days period after Contract signature, to the
HQ EUFOR, DEPO 22 Warehouse, Camp Butmir, 71210 Ilidza, BiH, DAP (delivered at
place), in accordance with the HQ EUFOR technical specification Annex II - LOT 4.

We look forward receiving your bid and the accompanying bid guarantee in the amount of:
- LOT 1 - 500.00 EUR (1, 000.00 BAM),
- LOT 2 - 500.00 EUR (1, 000.00 BAM),
- LOT 3 - 350.00 EUR (700.00 BAM),
- LOT 4 - no bid guarantee is required,
- If applying for LOT 1, LOT 2 and LOT 3 - 1, 350.00 EUR (2, 700.00 BAM),
