Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Reagents, Vaccines and Equipment for Ministry of Livestock & Fisheries, Eastern Province

The bidding documents can also be accessed on the Zambia Integrated Forest Landscape Project (ZILFP) website: www.ziflp.org.zm.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of K500.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or by Bank certified cheque.

All Bids should be Appropriately Bound and Submitted in Sealed Envelopes, Clearly Marked: "Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Reagents, Vaccines and Equipment for Ministry of Livestock & Fisheries, Eastern Province." and Addressed to the Ilead - Procurement and Supplies Unit, and must be Sent not Later than Thursday 18"`June, 2020 at 10:00 Hours Local Time. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security of not Less than Two (2%) Per Cent of the Bid Sum Duly Signed by the Guarantor or Bid Securing Declaration.

The Sealed Bids must be Deposited in the Tender Box at the Provincial Administration, Eastern Province - Procurement and Supplies Unit, on or before Thursday 18lh June, 2020 at 10:00 Hours Local Time. Late Bids will be Rejected. Bids will be Opened Soon after Closing in the Conference Room Provincial Administration, Eastern Province - Procurement and Supplies Unit in the Presence of Bidders/Representatives Who Choose to Attend.
