1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 11518 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2021 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: One Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Seventeen and 70/100 (PHP 2, 300, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) For Pump No. 3 Of Aviles Pumping Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
