Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Saloon and Double Cabin Pickup Motor Vehicles.

A complete set of the Bidding Documents shall be acquired upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10, 000.00/- (Ten Thousand Malawi Kwacha) in cash or bank certified cheque or any convertible currency. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Cash Office on Floor Number 1 of MRA Msonkho House, Blantyre, Malawi.

Sealed Bids clearly marked with the procurement reference number should be deposited in the tender box on or before Friday, 10th May, 2019 at 15:00 hours local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted and late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the Tender opening proceedings at 15:00 hours in conference room number 219, second floor, Msonkho house, Blantyre on Friday, 10th May, 2019.
