INVITATION TO BID

1. The Local Government Unit Of Cabanglasan, through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P 749, 600.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Piglets, Feeds and Biologics for Cabanglasan Overseas Filipino Workers Beneficiaries Association (COFWBA). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected in the bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabanglasan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Piglets, Feeds and Biologics for Cabanglasan Overseas Filipino Workers Beneficiaries Association (COFWBA)

DESCRIPTION APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

Supply and Delivery Piglets, Feeds and Biologics for Cabanglasan Overseas Filipino Workers Beneficiaries Association (COFWBA) Php 749, 600.00

Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 ( RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œ Government Procurement Reform Act-.

Only Filipino citizens/ sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines can participate in the bidding.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids And Awards Committee BAC Office and Bidding Documents at the address given below from July 18 to August 7, 2018 at the BAC Office this municipality.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (P 1, 000.00).

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18 and additional of Bid Securing Declaration

7. The Local Government Unit of Cabanglasan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
