8. Submission of Quotations
Quotations should be deposited in the Bid Box at Directorate of Education, Arts and
Culture, and Grecnwell Complex at Procurement Office not later than 27 October 2021
at 111100. Quotations by post, courier or hand delivered should reach our office by the same
date and time. Late quotations will be rejected.
Quotations received by e-mail will not be considered.
9. Opening of Quotations
Quotations will be opened internally at the Directorate of Education, Arts & Culture
immediately after the closing time referred to in instruction 7 above. A record of the
Quotation Opening stating the name of the bidders, the amount quoted, the presence or
absence of a Bid Securing Declaration, will be available to any bidder on request within
three working days of the Opening.
