Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Malitbog, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder:

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINE AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES - ₱ 753, 865.20

1.The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids will use the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria.

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee ONE THOUSAND PESOS (₱1, 000.00)

3. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Municipal Hall of Malitbog, Southern Leyte on or before October 05, 2022 @ 8:00 in the morning. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security either in the following forms; cash, certified check, cashier-s check, bank draft irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee.
