INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Cansuje, Argao thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) invites all interested supplier and/or distributor to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the following:

600 pcs. Concrete Hollowblocks #4

8 length GI pipe (1 1/2 dia. schedule 40)

40 pcs Deformed bars (10mm)

8 roll Interlink

8 cu.m Sand

40 bags Portland Cement

5 kilos Tie Wire

5 kilos Nails #4

Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discrepancy -œpass/fail- criteria.

Pre-Bid Conference is on February 8, 2019 at 9:00 in the morning and issuance of bid forms will follow.

Opening of Bids is scheduled on February 28, 2019 at 9:00 in the morning.

Post-qualifications of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted within 3 days after the opening of bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre bidding Conferences, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the permanent provisions of R.A. 3164 and its Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR)

The Barangay Local Government Unit assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
