The Barangay Government Unit of Kapoc, Matanao, Davao del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Delivery of Goods for the herein contract:

ABC : Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos & 00/100 only (Php 95, 730.00)
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using the non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Only Bids from the Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BLGU through its BAC Chairman, Barangay Hall, Brgy. Kapoc, Matanao, Davao del Sur.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR).

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Bidding Documents upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 500.00 to the Barangay Treasurer.
The BLGU-BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the Contract Award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/bidders.
