Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers

National Competitive Bidding Date of Issue 16th August 2019

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 5, 000.00 the method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque.

Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7(d) below at or before 14.00 hours, 16th September 2019. AH Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of MK500, 000.00 or bid securing declaration form it the Bidder is 100% owned by Malawian nationals, the bid security must be in the form of bank certified cheque or bank guarantee issued by a reputable bank agreeable to the purchaser. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address shown at 7(e) below at 14.00 hours, 16th September 2019.
