Supply and Delivery of Hotel and Lodging and Meeting Facilities in the Conduct of 1st Quarter Finance Group Conference
33 pax Hotel and Lodging and Meeting Facility - 2 Days and 1 Night
TRAINING VENUE:
1.) One (1) Session Hall
2.) Sufficient space to accommodate the required participants.
3.) Has the number of chairs and tables with cover that can accommodate the required participants
4.) No facilities/structure to cover the participants to view the resource speakers and screen.
5.) One (1) LCD projector & screen with at least 5m x 4m projection
6.) Has an internet access inside the session hall
7.) Has a WIFI and or LAN that can accommodate at 50 devices.
8.) Has one (1) speaker System
9.) Has at least 3 wireless microphones
10.) Clean comfort rooms.
11.) Soundproof walls as against the adjacent session hall/s.
12.) 2 pcs 1m x 3m tarpaulin to be hanged at the session halls and outside the training venue.
ROOM ACCOMMODATION:
1.) Room sharing of at most 3-4 persons only. (NO Bed sharing and at least 0.5 meter space between beds)
2.) Clean and potable water hygienic purposes.
3.) Has Comfort Room inside the Room
4.) Each participant must have the following mattress, blanket, pillow, towel, toiletries.
5.) Has internet access inside the room
FOOD:
1.) Menu must contain the following:
a.) 3 - 4 main courses (include fish, beef/pork/chicken, vegetables) with rice, dessert and fruit juice for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
b.) 2 snacks (include pastries/noodles/native delicacies with fruit juices) for morning and afternoon.
c.) Free flowing coffee, milk and chocolate drinks and finger foods in between snacks.
DAY 1 - AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and Dinner
