Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive method in accordance with the FARMSE procurement guidelines and the CUMO Microfinance Limited Procurement Policy. Bidding is-open to all eligible bidders from the sources countries.
Interested eligible bidders must inspect and obtain bidding documents from CUMO Microfinance through the Internal Procurement Chairperson, on 01 223 242 or email cumo@cumomw.com.

The bidders must clearly indicate "Bidding for supply of phone handsets, and submit their bids in a tender box in the office of Administrative Officer at CUMO Microfinance office, Plot No: 214-215, Airfield, Dedza. by 19th February, 2020 at 14:00 hours.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or legal representatives who choose to attend on 21st February, 2020 at 14.00 hours at CUMO Microfinance Head Office, Plot 214-215, Airfield, Dedza. CUMO is not obliged to accept the lowest or the highest bid.
