Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2020 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Gold Ring as token for GSIS Employees with 35 years of service. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GSIS now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Gold Ring as token for GSIS Employees with 35 years of service. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days after approval of final sample. Creation of a sample will commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and final design. The prototype shall be submitted five (5) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO).
