Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Galvanized Iron Pipes and Fittings.

Description of Goods: Bib taps 15mm, Stop cocks 15mm, Elbows 15m, Union 15mra /Nipples 15mm GI pipe 15 mm GI sockets 15mm Hacksaw blades, Thread Tape.

Quantity: 5, 000, 10, 000, 30, 000, 10, 000, 10, 000, 2, 500, 1, 250, 2, 5000, 5, 000.

A complete set bidding documents may be obtained from the office at the address below
upon payment of a non-refundable lee of MWK5, 000/- or US$ 10/- or equivalents in a convertible
currency. The method of payment shall be cash or Bank certified cheque tendered W at the Northern Region Water Board cash office. Bidders may arrange to receive the Bidding Documents once payment has been receipted by the Northern Region Water Board. 9
7. Sealed Bids clearly marked: Supply and Delivery of Gl Pipes and Fittings must be delivered to the address below on or before 14:00 hours on 11th February, 2019 and must be accompanied by a security of MK2, 000, 000.00/-. Alternatively, Bidders may provide a Bid Securing Declaration Form using the form included in the Bidding Document.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on 11th February, 2019.
