Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Furniture for Maa/Lentsweletau Sub-District Council

A non-refundable fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash only made out in favour of MAA/Lentsweletau Sub-District
Council should be made at Molepolole Rural Administration Centre, Revenue Office No 3, Block A, during working hours between 0730 hours and
1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours prior to collection of the Tender Documents.
Youth person of 18 - 35 years shall only pay a non-refundable fee of 50% P125.00(0ne Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) ofthe tender price upon producing ID and any form indicating company ownership from Company Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA).
Documents shall be collected at the Procurement and Asset Disposal Division (Molepolole) during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours weekdays with effect from 9lh March, 2020.
One (1) original and two (2) copies of original Tender Document in one sealed envelope clearly marked: ‘Tender No. KDCTR/F&DP/MAA/014/2020 — A Supplies Contract for Supply and Delivery` of Furniture to MAA/Lentsweletau Sub-District Council” and shall be addressed to: Senior AssistantCouncil Secretary, MAA/ Lentsweletau Sub-District, Private Bag 0035, Molepolole. These shall be registered and delivered to LAPAD Office Nos.
10, and or 3 RAC, Block F before slotting into Tender Box.
The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 0900 hours on 8th April, 2020. The tender opening will be conducted immediately after closing of receipt of tender submissions and interested bidders are invited to attend at own cost.
Late tenders, emailed, telegraphic and faxed offers will not be accepted.
