The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Shopping for the project stated below, in accordance with Section 52.1 (b) of Revised IRR of Republic Act 9184.

Name of Project: Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for PGO Sub Office- Lubang

Approved Budget for the Contract: Fifty Thousand Pesos and Five Pesos Php50, 005.00

Location: Lubang, Occ. Mindoro Dept/EndUser: PGO- Lubang

Date of Opening: Monday, October 21, 2019 Time: 2:00 pm

Delivery Date: Oct 25 to Nov. 25, 2019 Source of Fund: MOOE



(1) Prospective supplier shall accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Qoutation (Annex "A") not later than 21st of Oct, 2019 may be submitted manually at Bids & Awards Committee Office, Ground Floor, Capitol Main Building, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.

(2) Price Quotation /must be valid for the period of thirty (30) calendar days from the start of submission.

(3) Award of Contract shall be made to the lowest quotation per item (for goods & services) or, the highest rated & qualified supplier(for consulting services) which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and condition stated herein.

(4) Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the supplier or his/her duly authorized representative/s.

(5) The Bids & Awards Committee of Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro shall have the right to inspect and or test the goods to confirm there conformity to the technical specifications required.

(6) Liquidated damages equivalent to one tenth of one (0.001%) of the value of the goods not delivered within prescribe delivery period shall be imposed per day of delay.The BAC of Province of Occidental Mindoro shall rescind the contract once the cummulative amount of liquidated damages reaches ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract, without prejudice to the other courses of action and remedies open to it.

(7) The Bids & Awards Committee of Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and condition as it may deem proper.

(8) In case of failed canvass due to insufficient number of complying offers. A re-canvass maybe conducted if there is still adequate time to do so without jeopardizing the urgent need/ delivery fo this particular materials/ supplies requirements.

(9) Quotation/ s above the Approved Budget Cost is considered unacceptable.

(10) Submission of Documentary Requirements is on the date of opening.
