Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for Fy 2020
The PRO 3 Regional Bids and Awards Committee recommended to the HOPE the approval of the procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil, and Lubricants for the month of January to December Fiscal Year 2020 National Expenditure Program (NEP) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Eighteen Million Pesos (Php 18, 000, 000.00) . The Regional Director/HOPE PRO3 approved the APP for procurement of goods of PRO3 for FY 2020, and was duly received by the Procurement Service Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) and Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) and the mode of procurement shall be conducted through Competitive Bidding under Rule IV, Section 10 of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act- and its 2016 RIRR upon compliance with the requirements provided for by law, rules and regulations.
