Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela, has received the share from the Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise Tax and it intends to apply the sum THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P3, 675, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fertilizers for the Expanded Virginia Tobacco Production & Livelihood Program of the Municipality of Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROX-SDG-06-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is required within 20 Calendar Day upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
