Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Delivery of Eec Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe)

Fully completed tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box at the
reception area Ground floor at EEC Head Quarters Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road Mbabane, by not
later than 14h00, on Wednesday, the 12th of February 2020 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, EEC,
PO Box 258, MBABANE before the specified closing date and time. The envelopes must be endorsed
clearly with the number, title and closing date of the tender as above.

The tender will be evaluated on quality and cost base. Tender receipts will be issued on request only for
tenders handed in during office hours from Mondays to Fridays 08h00 to 16h45. Receipts will not be
issued for tenders placed in the tender box after hours or which are received by mail. Late tenders or
tenders submitted by e-mail or fax will under no circumstances be accepted.
