Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery Desktop Calendars, Qty: 1, 500

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ghana Water Company Limited Head Office Accra, Ministries (Materials Department Room, 114 & 116) and inspect the Tender documents st the address given below from 8am to 5pm during working days.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00).

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 10th July 2018 at 11.00 GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of Tender Submission.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of a minimum of two (2%) percent of total tender price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 11.00 GMT on 17th July, 2018.
