The Local Government Unit of Aglipay, through its 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six Pesos and 50/100 (Php 1, 029, 666.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Various Barangay Development Projects CY 2019 (8 Lots) with Contract Number GOODS 10-2019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
