INVITATION TO BID

for the

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

FOR THE REHABILITATION/ CONCRETING

OF ACCESS ROAD

(Santiago, Pili, Cam. Sur)

The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) (Continuing Appropriation 2017 & 2018) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Four pesos (P 962, 964.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Rehabilitation/ Concreting of Access Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Pili now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Rehabilitation/ Concreting of Access Road. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

A complete set of Bidding Documents maybe purchased by interested bidders on February 22, 2019 to March 14, 2019 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P 1, 000.00) only.

Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before March 14, 2019, 9:00 am at the BAC Office, LGU-Pili, Camarines Sur. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.

Bid opening shall be on March 14, 2019, 9:00 am at the BAC Office, LGU Pili, Camarines Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
