Terms and Conditions:

-No delivery shall be made when there`s no animal has been previously delivered.

-No deliveries during weekend and holidays

-DA inspector should be present during the deliveries

-Supplier should inform this office in writing two (2) weeks before the delivery period addressed to HOPE attention to program coordinator (end user)

-Payment should be made upon complete delivery and acceptance per site.



Purpose:

To be used for Native Chicken Production under DA-SAAD Program.
