Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00am, 2 nd December 2019. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Twenty Thousand Emalangeni (E20, 000) of the Tender Price from a Commercial Bank or Insurer which shall be strictly based on the template attached. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the tender opening at the Conference Room of the ESWADE Head Office at Mbabane, immediately after the closing time.
