Greetings from the Commission on Human Rights!

The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS), will procure supply and delivery of Bean Bags for the Child Friendly Space of the Commission through Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P51, 500.00) under the 2019 Reenacted Budget of CHR pursuant to the 2019 CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
