SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 29-SEATER MINI BUS FOR THE UNIVERSITY 2018

1. In view of the failed public bidding, the Tarlac State University (TSU) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, -œSupply and Delivery of 29-Seater Mini Bus for the University 2018- in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No.9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 3, 800, 000.00).

2. Interested bidders shall submit the required documents in accordance with the Checklist of Eligibility, Technical and Financial Requirement for Bidders on February 27, 2019 2:00pm at the Business Center - Audio Visual Room, 3rd Floor Business Center Building.

3. Opening of Proposals/Offers and Negotiation shall be conducted on March 06, 2019 2:00pm at the Business Center - Audio Visual Room, 3rd Floor Business Center Building.
