Description : 1. The Department of Trade and Industry - Region 1, through the FY 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 968, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 246 Sari-Sari Store Livelihood Kits for the Livelihood Seeding Program - Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB) of DTI-Ilocos Norte (DTIR1-PB-2021-017). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Trade and Industry - Region 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed per Schedule VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
