Supply and Delivery of 100 pcs Anchor to be used in the establishment of 50 units Oyster techno-demo on field for CY 2019

Specification:

Anchor

= 1.5m-22mm RSB

= .5m-14mm RSB

= 20cm-1/4 inch steel plate

Conditions/Instructions for interested bidder:

1. Quotation/s must include all kinds of taxes for the item(s) services and including delivery charges.

2. Interested Bidder may request RFQs through email or may obtain to BAC Secretariat of this agency.

3. PhilGEPS Registration number or certificate, Omnibus sworn statement and Eligibility requirements shall be submitted upon submission of RFQs.

4. Bids(s) proposal(s) shall be submitted to the office of the BAC Secretariat thru mail/courier.

5. Only sealed canvass shall be accepted. The bidder is required to affix his/her signature, across the opening of the sealed envelope.

The BFAR-RO 2 - BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bid, waive any formality therein without disclosing the reason or basis and accept only the bids it deem is most advantageous to the government.
