Tenders are invited for Study, Supply and Construction of Mini Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants with Storage System and Electrical Networks in Five (05) Localities in the Center East Regions
For lot 3 : Center East Regions

· the construction and commissioning of two (02) photovoltaic solar power plants of 200 kWp/400 kWh of storage each in an isolated system supplying a BTA electrical network of approximately eight (8) km in length ;

· the realization and commissioning of one (01) photovoltaic solar power plant of 50 kWp / 100 kWh of storage each in injection into a HTA / BTA electrical network of approximately eight (8) km in length in low voltage and 18.8 km in medium voltage connected to the national interconnected network (RNI).

· the installation of twenty-five (25) solar streetlights and the construction of fifteen (15) first prepaid connections per locality



All bids must be accompanied by a bid security conforming to the Model described in VOLUME 1, Section 3 of the tender documents. The amount of the tender guarantee is: nineteen million (19, 000, 000) CFA francs;

Tenders must be submitted to ABER at the above address no later than May 2, 2023 at 09:00 UT . The bids will be opened, in public session, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who so wish, the same day from 09:10 UT. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.


5. A complete set of the tender documents in French can be purchased by any interested candidate at the address mentioned above and on payment, of a non-refundable amount of three hundred thousand (300, 000) CFA francs equivalent approximately five hundred (500) US dollars for each of lots 1, 2 and 3 and two hundred and fifty thousand (250, 000 ) CFA francs or approximately four hundred (400) US dollars for lot 4. Payment can be made in cash, transfer or by bank check certified in the name of ABER and in a currency freely convertible into F CFA .

For payments by bank transfer, transactions will be made on the following account number : BCAOFBF BF000 000000060259 01001 66. Proof of the transfer order for administrative fees issued by the bank must be faxed to ABER on 00226 25 37 43 11.

The file will be withdrawn from ABER by the candidate. It can be sent by express mail. In this case the shipping costs, of 75, 000 CFA francs or the equivalent of €114.33, are the responsibility of the tenderer and ABER cannot be responsible in the event of non-receipt.
