Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Ten (10) Aircraft SUV 4x4 Essential Vehicles to the Real Estate Company of Cameroon (SIC).

Financing
The acquisition of vehicles subject to this invitation to tender, is financed by the budget of the SIC, fiscal 2019 account No. 24 51 11 30.

7. Consultation of the file
The bidding documents can be consulted during business hours, at the Cellule des Marches of the Société Immobilière du Cameroun (SIC) located opposite the T BELLA building in the Hippodrome Yaounde district, telephone: 2 22 23 01 59 Fax: 2 22 22 51 19, upon publication of this Notice.

8. Acquisition of the file
The bidding documents can be obtained during business hours from the Real Estate Unit of the Société Immobilière du Cameroun upon presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) CFA francs to account N ° 10001. -06860-12264160000-46 opened in the name of REAL ESTATE COMPANY CAMEROON (SIC) in the books of BICEC. A copy of the said receipt will be deposited during the withdrawal of the Tender File.

9. Submission of bids
Each offer written in French or in English in seven (7) copies including one (01) original and six (6) copies, marked as such, must reach the Cellule des Marches of the Société Immobilière du Cameroun located opposite the building T BELLA, Yaounde, no later than 07 MARCH 2019 at 12 noon local time and must bear the following words:

10. Admissibility of tenders
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tendering deposit valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of the tenders, the amount of which is CFAF three million six hundred thousand (3, 600, 000). issued by a first class banking institution approved by the Minister of Finance.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be produced in originals or in certified true copies dating from less than three (03) months.

11. Opening of the folds
