Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Accounting Software and Provision of Consultancy, Asset and Document Management Software and Maintenance of the Accounting, Human Resource and Monitory and Evaluation System and Software.

Tender documents containing detailed specification, terms and conditions of tender may be obtained from the Procurement Officer, APDK head office, Waiyaki way, Opposite ABC Place Next to Kabete Barracks Nairobi, or APDK Executive Office Bombolulu Workshop and Cultural Centre Malindi Road Mombasa and in all the branches above, Upon payment of non- refundable amount of Kshs. 2, 000.00 for each category applied for during normal working hours and registration with the relevant office. The cash shall be deposited in the Bank account given below and the deposit slip be forwarded to the account department before collection of the pre-qualification document.

2. The minimum requirements for eligibility to be pre-qualified to submit tender for the proposed works are specified in the Instructions to Candidates and Appendix instruction to bidders.

3. Applications for prequalification must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Tender name and Reference number to:

4. The bids will opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representative wishing to attend at the APDK boardroom.

5. Youths, Women, Persons with Disabilities and other disadvantaged groups are encouraged to highly participate.

6. Suppliers are requested to tender for the category they have applied for, by indicating the price they intend to offer within specified period of time for consideration.

7. All candidates whose applications will have been received before the closing date and time will be advised in due course, of the results of their applications.
