QUESTIONSREPONSESFor the purpose of transmitting an expression of interest in the notice for the "RECRUITMENT OF A STRUCTURE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPUTERIZED MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM (SISE) FOR COORDINATION", ref: UNDP / RFP / 2018 / 108, we would like to know if the proposals can also be transmitted to you electronically? Unfortunately, electronic submissions are not permitted under this solicitation. We are very interested in the project "the implementation of a Computerized Monitoring and Evaluation System (SISE) for the coordination of PBF / PACOP Projects". Since our company is an international supplier and the physical shipment of the proposal can takee 4 to 5 days, we have concerns about the delivery of our response to the call for tenders within the requested deadlines. To avoid incidents and / or delays, we would be grateful if you would advise us on the following: We propose to submit our offer electronically on October 19 and send the proposaln physical the same day (October 19), which will be delivered during 5 working days. Could you let us know if it would be acceptable or not? Electronic submissions are unfortunately not allowed in this tender. It is up to each tenderer to make the necessary arrangements for the submission of the physical tender indelays.
