Description: The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel - unleaded Pb95 gasoline and diesel fuel ON (hereinafter "fuel") for the Social Insurance Institution in the total planned amount of 2 867 850.00 liters.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.

The subject of the order is divided into the following parts:

- part A:

a) 2 056 050.00 liters of diesel fuel ON,

b) 639 900.00 liters of Pb95 unleaded petrol,

- part B:

a) 128 700.00 liters of diesel fuel ON,

b) 43 200.00 liters of unleaded Pb95 gasoline.

Fuels offered as part of sales at individual stations should comply with Polish standards: for unleaded petrol PN-EN 228, for diesel oil PN-EN 590. The Employer allows equivalent solutions provided that the fuel proposed by the Contractor will have properties and quality parameters not worse than those specified in PN-EN 590 standards for diesel fuel ...
