The subject of the contract includes: acceptance by the contractor from the Employer of waste marked in the waste classification codes: 19 12 10, 19 12 12 - hereinafter referred to as "waste" - in the amount of 10, 000 Mg / year ( /-) 1, 000 Mg / year, including:
19 12 10 4, 700 Mg
19 12 12 5, 300 Mg
resulting from the specificity of the solutions ttechnical and technological parameters of the production cycle, weighing system and storage conditions, in order to process them in the R 12 and R1 recovery process, in accordance with the designations of these processes in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, oflate as amended) and in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste (Official Journal L 190 of 12.7.2006, p.1). The Ordering Party reserves the right that the amount of waste delivered over the entire duration of the contract may beless than the amount specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
