Description : The OSCE HCNM is considering to establish a 2 years contract for a subscription to legal and media reviews on inter-ethnic relations in several countries of the Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia region. Prospective vendors are expected to provide regular monthly analytical information of at least 3 standard typed pages per review (media and legal) and per country on developments related to inter-ethnic relations, covered in the media, legal and other open sources.
