Tenders are invited for Study on the Relationship between Farmers and Pastoralists in the Niger Office Zone
" Study on the relationship between farmers and herders in the Niger Office Zone (Molodo and M'Béwani)".
In the framework of the project to support stakeholders in the sector for the sustainable development of the rice value chain in the Office du Niger zone (PARIZON), GIZ is launching a public call for tenders for the recruitment of a provider to conduct activities related to "The relationship between farmers and herders in the Niger Office Zone (Molodo and M'Béwani)".
On the basis of the ToRs annexed to the bidding documents, the service providers ( only and exclusively the consulting firms ) interested in this public call for tender will have to submit a technical bid in which they will have to:
Present their structures and professional references for the last five years, as well as the logistics and facilities available for the performance of the service (general experiences and specific experiences);
Define the methodology and the conceptual approach to implementation of the service;
If necessary, develop and / or present the data collection tools for the support of each stakeholder group, as well as the quality management procedures in the context of the delivery of the service;
