Expression of Interest are invited for Study on the Performance of the Autonomous Port of San Pedro and Establishing a Port Charter.

The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (ADB) to cover the cost of the Road Development and Transport Facilitation Program on theBamako-Zantiebougou Corridor -Boundiali-San Pedro (PR8), and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan to finance the Consultant Services contract for the performance of a study on the performance of the autonomous port of San Pedro and development of a port charter.

2. The services provided under this contract relate to the institutional and organizational diagnosis as well as the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, in order to: (i) define performance indicators with their target value; (ii) determine and retain the legal, organizational and operational actions to achieve the target values ??selected; (iii) develop a port charter. The mission is planned to take place in three (03) phases namely: phase 1: start up and data collection; phase 2: Diagnosis and performance study of the port;phase 3: Development of the port charter. The total duration of the mission is estimated at six (06) months and will probably begin in March 2019.

3. The Road Management Agency (AGEROUTE), acting on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Infrastructures, invites Consultants to submit their application in French in order to provide the services described above. The interested, eligible and qualified consultants (firms) must provide information on their ability and experience to demonstrate that they are qualified for the services (documentation, references regarding the performance of similar contracts, experiences in comparable missions, availability of qualified personnel in the areas of the mission, as well as any other additional information).
