Description: The city of Sulzbach / Saar is currently intending to rebuild a 6-group daycare in the district of Schnappach to cover the need for care places. For this purpose, the services of the structural planning acc. § 51 HOAI awarded.

The new II-storey kindergarten is to be built in the field of Fritz-Zolnhofer Square in the MariannThaler Straße in the Sulzbach-Schnappach district (see Annex 1 - Aerial / Map).

Of the intended 6 groups, 2 nativity groups are expected to be created for 11 children and 4 kitigas for 25 children each. Overall, a space requirement of approx. 1, 300 sqm BGF is required. The room sizes and requirements arise from the current room program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Saarland (see Annex 2 - Spatial Program Kita).
