Description: At the Siegstraße 125 location, the speed of the primary school GGS Menden is increased from 2 to 3 trains. New construction and renovation measures are planned during ongoing school operations and cafeteria catering. The three construction phases are as follows:

- 1 a. New building: erection of a fully functional, two-storey new building in solid construction with full basement (for building services and storage), adjacent to the one-storey OGS old building, with evacuation balcony and slide from the 1st floor of the new building. Before the start of construction, relocate the grease trap so that the canteen can continue to be used,

- 1 b. Renovation of the toilet facility: In parallel with the construction of the new building, the toilet facility in the entrance area of the old building will be renovated,

- 2nd renovation of old building (ground floor): statically necessary retrofits, as well as organizational renovation measures,

- 3rd connection old building to new building (1st floor): connection old and new building by partially adding to the old building in solid or light construction with direct connection to the new building.
