7. Contract description
Support the MoSD to build an effective monitoring and evaluation system including assisting the Ministry in identifying objectives and targets linked to plans and budget, producing regular reports required for management decision, designing and developing a Management Information reporting system and necessary IT systems, enhancing quality management functions and formal programme evaluations, and providing related staff capacity building and training.
