Technical Assistance will be required to increase the capacity of the Ministry of Justice in a) introducing Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms in Azerbaijan, in order to contribute to a faster and more satisfactory justice delivery for citizens and business and b) enhancing access to justice to all citizens and businesses.
