RFP WHS-2020-CRP-03 - Strategic Transformation Advisor

WorkSafeNB is currently evolving its service model and culture, with the expectation that any business and technology advancements will enhance this initiative. These strategies will serve to guide how WorkSafeNB will deliver service in the future using technology to enhance its service offerings to workers, employers, and service providers while also streamlining internal processes and enhancing decision-making.

To assist us in attaining our goals, we are seeking a highly qualified strategic advisor. This advisor will assist and advise us with the planning, management, and execution of a large-scale program of business and technology transformation over the next several years.
