1. A Program & Project Management (Ppm) Collaborative Partner Model to Support Hunter Water in the Delivery of its Capital Works Program including Project Controls, Estimating, Procurement, Safety, Environmental, Stakeholder and Customer Engagement, Contract Management, Project Management and Program Management.
2. A Design and Constructor Panel Consisting of Three to Four Design and Constructor Teams to Tender for a Program of Complex Capital Projects over the Next 3-4 Years with an Estimated Total Value of up to $250m.
