Qualified Hvac Professionals Are Invited to Assess and Provide a Rationale to Repair or Replace the Existing Hvac System Inclusive of Any Removals, Modifications, Installation, Commissioning and Disposal to Provide an Effectively Functioning Hvac System for the Administrative Area of the Town of Stony Plain Fire Hall. the in Floor Heating Within the Apparatus Bays is Separate, However, the Contractor Should be Aware of the Functioning of the Different Systems. Initial Investigations have Revealed that As a Minimum, We Are Aware of Fan Coils and Condenser that Need Replacement or Repair. This Could Require the Need for Adjustments in the Existing Duct Work. the Condenser on the Roof will Need to be Replaced and Compatible with Current Industry Standards Refrigerant. All Copper Lines that Connect the System will Need to be Repaired or Replaced. Stony Plain
