Tenders are invited to step 1 - Procurement of carryable air defense

Short description: The intention of this announcement is to inform the defense material's procurement of portable air defense to the Norwegian Armed Forces.

About the competition:

The competition consists of part 1 and part 2.

Part 1 contains information about the procurement and rules for the process for the competition until the contract. Providers must qualify in Part 1 to participate in Part 2. In Part 1, the qualifying requirements for providers, requirements, as well as forms and templates to be used. See "Instructions to Bidder" for more information.

Part 2 will be made available to providers who become qualified and contain the requirements for the product, requirements for the offer, the grinding of the contract, and administrative regulations.

The content of Part 2 will be part of the contract that is entered into.

About the procurement:

The goal of the acquisition is to satisfy the Armed Forces' need for a portable air defense system. This capacity should be part of the army's ground defense.

The procurement is expected to be a shelf firm acquisition, without developmental course.
